Visa for Seamen allows you to stay a maximum of five days in the Schengen area, prior to travelling onwards to a country located outside the borders of the Schengen area.
The above mentioned Visa Fee is to be paid only by cash. Note: Exemption of Visa Fee for a child is applicable only in the case of Short Term category, if the child's age is less than 6 years at the date of submission. 'The Visa Fee is subject to change without notice' BLS International Service charge Applicants applying at the Spanish visa application centre shall be levied a service charge of XAF 11086 /- (inclusive of service tax 15 % & education cess) payable in cash. Children under 6 are exempted from service charge. Please note:
Visa for Seamen: Please checklist needs to be duly filled in by the Applicant/Travel Agent/Authorized representative and needs to submit along with the Visa Application. Please note it's mandatory to provide the same and is applicable for all Equatorial Guinea. Please follow the below mentioned points:
Application Form: Application for Schengen Visa. Please note with effect from 01 April 13, Embassy of Spain has instructed that Sworn Declaration is mandatory to be provided along Visa Application form at the time of submission. The application can be submitted personally or by an authorized person at the BLS International Services centre; or at the Embassy of Spain/ Consulate General of Spain (subject to prior appointment) If the application is being submitted directly at the Embassy of Spain in Malabo/Bata, then the fee must be paid via bank draft payable at Malabo/Bata in favor of Embassy of Spain, Malabo/Bata, in accordance with the place of application. The applicant must write his/her name, date of birth, and passport number behind the draft. A photocopy of the draft must be submitted along with the application. Passport of the applicant with at least two blank pages, which should be valid for at least three months after the duration of intended stay. This document should have been issued in the last ten (10) years. Photocopy of all the pages of the present passport must be submitted. Submission of all old passports is mandatory. Incase if applicant has lost old passport then he/she can submit copy of complaint lodged with Police or for any other reason of not submitting it he/she can provide a covering letter mentioning the reason for the same. Two photocopies for the application form along with two recent photographs for Malabo/Bata. “Anejo II: Impreso para marinos en Transito sujetos a la obligación de visados” issued by “El puesto fronterizo del puerto” duly filled and stamped by the competent authorities. Original letter from the local shipping agents. Original letter from the shipping agents in Spain. Continuous discharge book and photocopy of the same. Flight reservations. Authorization form signed in original by the applicant, in favour of BLS International Services
In case of minors, this form must be signed by both the parents. For Family visa applications applicants are requested to submit proof of family relations with the principal applicant as an additional document with the visa application, for example For Spouse - Marriage certificate For Children - Birth certificate BLS will accept a photocopy of the document after verifying with the original at the time of submission. With regards to the documents submitted with the visa application such as the Marriage certificate and Birth certificate of family visa applications, documents only in English language or translated to Spanish will be acceptable for all files. Kindly note that if the documents are in any regional language, they must be translated to English or Spanish by any language institute with official stamp and signature of the translation institute/agency. Documents in regional languages such as Marriage certificate and Birth certificate will not be acceptable. Note: We regret we cannot accept photographs that do not meet these requirements

Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre.. Applications accepted at the Spain Visa Application Centre will be submitted on the next working day at the Embassy of Spain/Consulate General of Spain. Once the application has been submitted, the applicant can be further requested additional documentation in support of the same. Please note as per the instructions received from Embassy of Spain minimum processing time is 15 working days. All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the proposed date of travel to accommodate any unforeseen processing delays. Kindly note if application submitted in Satellite centre, it may take up to 48-72 hours in transit to Malabo/Bata. All the applications received from Satellite centers will be sent to Embassy/Consulate on next working day Processing time will start excluding the date of submission of application at BLS International Services. Applicants submitting the applications towards the Embassy of Spain, Malabo/Bata with short processing time will be required to fill up the Declaration form Visa Application Form (English Language) Visa Application Form (Spanish Language) All Application submitted at visa application centre should have English/Spanish Application forms only.
